Manuscripts with contents outside the scope shall not be considered for review. Simultaneous submissions of the same manuscript to different journals are not encouraged. The manuscripts are reviewed by at least 2 reviewers as suggested by the editorial board and the Editor will have the option of seeking additional reviews when needed. The JWEAM follows a double-blind peer-review process.
All submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential documents. All manuscripts submitted for publication are cross-checked for plagiarism. Manuscripts found to be plagiarized during the initial stages of review are out-rightly rejected and not considered for publication in the journal.
All manuscripts received for publication in our journals are strictly and thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts. The Commissioned Editor of the journal will perform an initial check of the manuscript’s suitability upon receipt. The Journal Office will identify the suitable Editor/Associate Editor who will manage the peer-review process and receive at least two review reports for the submitted manuscript. The final decision is made by the Editor/Associate Editor in consultation with the Editor-in-Chief of the journal.
